Notes-

 

1.                   Family membership supplement is additional to at least one Ordinary Membership.     

2.                   All members who pay tax can increase the Association’s income by signing a Gift Aid Declaration at no extra cost to themselves.   This will allow the BNA to claim back tax paid by you on the cost of the subscription.    See Gift Aid Declaration below.

3.                   Any member who is willing to contribute above the subscription rate would be helping towards BNA activities.  

4.                   To set up a Standing Order for automatic membership renewal, see the Standing Order Form below.

5.                   Cheques should be made payable to “British Naturalists’ Association”.

1                     You can cancel this declaration at any time by notifying the BNA in writing.  It will then not apply to donations you make on or after the date of cancellation or such later date as you specify.

2                     You must pay an amount of income tax/capital gains tax at least equal to the tax that the BNA reclaims on your donations in the tax year.

3                     If in future your circumstances change and you no longer pay tax on your income/capital gains equal to the tax the the BNA reclaims, you can cancel your declaration (see note 1)

4                     If you pay tax at a higher rate you can claim further tax relief on your self-assessment form.
