Making a pressed flower collection

These are from a collection of pressed flowers made by a young naturalist around 80 years ago, why not make a collection yourself, for as you see if you do it carefully they will keep for a long time as records. Today we can't pick rare flowers such as orchids, unlike in Dorothy's time, but you can still form a great collection.

Some pressed flowers from the BNA Archive Herbarium collection of pressed flowers made by a schoolgirl, Dorothy Collar in and around 1928 which she made in half a dozen school exercise books.
